When you submit a project through the SAW website, we collect the following information:

  • Project information: role, type, location, scale, stage, materials, project description
  • Technical information: IP address, user agent, submission time

Your submitted information is used to:

  • Evaluate whether your project is suitable for the SAW technical approach
  • Enable the SAW team to contact you about project collaboration
  • Build a project lead database for internal SAW management and follow-up

3. Information Protection

We take the following measures to protect your information:

  • HTTPS encryption for data in transit
  • Data stored in a secure server environment
  • Only the SAW core team can access lead data
  • We will not sell or share your information with third parties

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request to view the information we have collected about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your information
  • Withdraw consent and stop us from processing your information

5. Data Controller and Retention

The data controllers are:

  • Tianfu Nengke (Jiangsu Tianfu Nengke New Energy Co., Ltd.) — responsible for solar engineering and on-site data
  • AiToMoney — responsible for website operations and lead intake
  • SAW project team (jointly formed) — responsible for follow-up and product development

Retention period:

  • Project leads are retained for 24 months by default from the last active follow-up
  • Signed collaboration projects follow contractual and legal retention requirements
  • Closed or unfollowed leads are securely deleted within 30 days of expiry
  • Retention may be extended for litigation, regulatory, or compliance audit needs

Response time:

  • View requests: reply within 7 business days
  • Correction requests: completed within 7 business days
  • Deletion requests: completed within 15 business days
  • Withdrawal of consent: processing stopped within 7 business days from withdrawal

6. Third Parties and Data Sharing

Currently, SAW project data is not shared or sold to any third party. Service providers we use:

  • Feishu (Lark) — Project lead storage and group notifications
  • Alibaba Cloud / Tencent Cloud — Website hosting and operations

The above providers access data only as necessary to provide their services and are bound by equivalent confidentiality and security obligations. If we integrate email, CRM, analytics, or third-party cloud services in the future, this policy will be updated and previously submitted leads will be notified.
